Important Notice: AC Duct Locations in Hall 1 and Hall 7

Dear Exhibitors and Contractors,

Please be aware that there are AC ducts (refer to the below image) located on the ground of the cruise terminal, specifically in Hall 1 and Hall 8, as indicated on the floor plan. If your stand is situated where the AC ducts are located, kindly ensure that these areas are kept clear at all times and not covered. Please keep this in mind when designing your stand.

You may consider options such as:

· Not having a full platform in the specified areas

· Not having a full platform along the ductway

· Using metal AC grates
